Today, I woke up at 12:00PM which is a good start because I usually wake up around 1 or 2 or 3 sooooooo HURRAYYYYYY!! I did some accounting homework then I went to Burbeezy to have lunch with my classmate Jenni VOSTERRRRRRR, she’s a G and has a dope ass apartment!! After hanging with Jenni, my homeskillet/workout trainee/biatch Catherina picked me up from my house and we went to do some KENNYS WORKOUT EXERCISES. We started off by going to Cambridge Park and playing some soccer/having a little photoshoot. After we played some soccer we went to the Burbank Athletic Center, Mario Lopez wasn’t there today =[ sigh*, but I let Catherina do her own thing which is RUNNING/ELIPTICAL/CYCLING!! WHICH SHE ABSOLUTELY DOES NOT NEED AT ALL BECAUSE SHE’S ALREADY IN SHAPE!!!!!!!!!!! SHE NEEDS TO BE PUMPING IRON!!!!!!!!! RAWWWWWRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR LION!!! meow*. While she was doin her business, I was pumping some massive iron if ya kno wat im sayinnnnnnn, for all the FELLAS/MAN-LADIES this is my typical workout,
Bench Press: 4 Sets, 1st-155lbs-10reps, 2nd-205lbs-10-reps, 3rd-225lbs-6 reps, 4th-135lbs-15reps.
Shoulder Press (Two Dumbells): 3 Sets, 1st-50lbs-10reps, 2nd-50lbs-10reps, 3rd-55lbs-8reps (50lbs per dumbell, not altogether, SHOOOOOOOT)
Bicep Curls (Two Dumbells): 3 Sets, 1st-40lbs-10reps, 2nd-40lbs-10reps, 3rd-40lbs-10reps (40lbs per dumbell, not altogether, shoooooottt)

WELL ANYWAYS THAT WAS MY WORKOUT TODAY and a little Back Exercises, and after that, Catherina was done with her homo-useless cycling exercise and it was time for her to hit the WEIGHTS. It’s hard to work out with Cat because she laughs and she gets lazy and blah blah blah so all we did was 3 sets of Dumbell Curls. She used 10lb Dumbells, she’s a beast, don’t worry Cat, the FELLAS ARE GONNA COME UP TO YOU WHEN YOU GO TO SOAK CITY!!!!! hahahahahahaHAHAHahahAHAhaHAhaHAhahA. But yeeee after the workout we got some robeks (outrageous rasberry with a powerbek boost) hollerrrrrr, then after I went back home and ate with my fam fam and now I’m back in LA
I should really be doing homework because I have 1 month exactly left to finish 2-Directed Study-Accounting classes, it sucks to have no teacher =[…. It’s like IM RUNNING THE CLASS!! I might as well call myself Dr. Kenny because IM TEACHING MYSELF!!!!!! BLAHBALEJJGAKGJAEKJGALGJAELK
Anyways life is pretty chill, I don’t really know what’s in store for me in the near future because nothing’s really happening at the moment. I’m just chillin/relaxing/waiting WHICH I DONT WANT TO DO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Someone hit me up pweeassee and tanx!! =] Beach on Friday hopefully, and I’m really not sure what I’m doing on JULY 4!!! INDEPENDENCE DAY!!! ONE OF THE NATION’S GREATEST HOLIDAYS BECAUSE OF OUR OWN VERY MILITARYYYYYYYYY YEEEEEE, Holler for those soldiers if u see them. Anyways, I want to go the Aquarium/Santa Monica Beach, someone come hither =]
